PHYSICAL VISITS POLICY
PRICING
1. The price of all guided PHYSICAL VISITS are specifically stated on each page corresponding to the Visit selected, unless differently mentioned. The Visit price is per person, it is intended for a party of minimum 3 to 10 participants (if not stated otherwise) and does not include admission fees or transportation costs, when applicable. Additional costs are indicated separately in the description of each Visit. Should your party exceed the specified number of participants stated, please contact us for a quote.
2. The indicated admission fees to monuments and sites are expressed per person.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
1. To make a booking for a customized Visit please reach out sending a mail to: elena.and.delhi@gmail.com
2. You shall shortly receive a reply to confirm availability for the Visit requested.
3. Once all the event's details have been agreed upon, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with a voucher containing meeting instructions, contact numbers, cancellation policy along with payment terms and conditions.
4. The booking is considered to be finalized only once payment conditions have been agreed and fulfilled and you have accepted the contract terms and conditions.
5. On the day of the WALKING VISIT, it is your responsibility to bring with you the voucher provided, in order to be at the right place at the right time and to have a contact number in case anything unexpected comes up.
6. You are requested to be on time as Elena&Delhi cannot assume responsibility if you are delayed on the day of the Visit and you don't inform us on the number provided, or if you are in the wrong meeting place and fail to meet your guide. There will be no refund for no show.
SHARING A VISIT WITH OTHER GUESTS
In case you accept and confirm to share a WALKING VISIT and respective costs with other guests, payment is due prior to the Visit date and cannot be refunded.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY
1. Elena&Delhi prides and strives to provide you with the very best service, but cannot be liable for unusual and unforeseeable events, or circumstances beyond our control. Such events may include (by way of example and not by way of limitation) strikes, bad weather conditions, floods, acts of God, inconvenience caused by force majeure, sites closed at short notice, or other events which are not preventable by reasonable diligence.
2. Elena&Delhi reserves the right to modify the Visit when conditions are likely to be dangerous, unsuitable or not practicable.
VIRTUAL VISITS POLICY
PRICING
1. The price of all VIRTUAL VISITS are specifically stated on each page corresponding to the Visit selected. The Visit price is intended for ONE PERSON and a single Visit can host a maximum of 6 participants. In case you will find the Visit of your choice fully booked, you can either select another date or book it as a private Visit asking your friends or family to join you (policy is the same).

BOOKING AND PAYMENT
1. To make a booking, for a VIRTUAL VISITS please fill out the online booking form and make your payment. The booking is considered to be finalized only once payment conditions have been agreed and fulfilled and you have accepted the contract terms and conditions.
2. You shall shortly receive a reply to confirm your purchase and later a link containing meeting instructions and cancellation policy along.
3. You are requested to join the meeting 10 minutes before the given time as Elena&Delhi cannot assume responsibility if you are delayed for personal or technical reasons.
There will be no refund for missed Visits unless it will happen from Elena&Delhi side.
