REFUND AND CANCELLATION

WALKING VISITS
1. By confirming your engagement you are accepting Elena&Delhi Terms and Conditions and its Cancellation Policy.
2. Elena&Delhi is not liable and does not authorize any refunds for any events which are caused as a result of acts of God, strikes, theft, epidemics, technical or administrative problems with transport, closure of airports, breakdown of machinery, adverse weather conditions, floods or any other occurrences beyond our immediate control and which, despite all due care being taken, could not have been avoided.Visits are held rain or shine with some variations to accommodate the weather.
3. In case of force majeure, Elena&Delhi reserves the right to offer substitute options. If the substitutes options are not accepted, Elena&Delhi will not authorize any refunds.
In the unfortunate case no options are available, due to logistic or circumstances, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
4. Cancellations must be requested in writing directly to:

date of cancellation is calculated based on IST (India standard time).
5. If you cancel a reservation after the Visit voucher is issued Elena&Delhi applies the following cancellation fees:

More than 15 days prior the WALKING VISIT 10% of the fee
7 days prior the WALKING VISIT 50% of the fee
2 days (48 hours) prior the WALKING VISIT Full fee
NO-SHOW Full fee

VIRTUAL VISITS
1. By confirming your engagement you are accepting Elena&Delhi Terms and Conditions and its Cancellation Policy.
2. Elena&Delhi is not liable and does not authorize any refunds in case you will join the event late or you will miss it for any reason.
3. Cancellations must be requested in writing directly to:

4. If you cancel a booking Elena&Delhi applies the following cancellation fees:

2 days (48 hours) prior the VIRTUAL VISIT 50% of the fee, a second option is to book another date, you can avail of this option only one time.
NO SHOW Full fee
In case the event is cancelled by Elena&Delhi you can ask for a full refund or select another date by sending a mail to:

Refund will be available in 5/7 working days.
