BOOKING POLICY - REFUND - CANCELLATION

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
Once you will confirm your booking you will receive an acknowledgement email along with a payment link, to be made by credit card or PayPal. 
If you have a Revolut or Wise account, you can make a direct bank transfer in Rupees to the account listed in the email. Costs have to be entirely borne by the customer.

The day prior the tour, you will receive all the necessary instructions via WhatsApp.

WALKING TOURS
1. By confirming your engagement you are accepting Elena&Delhi Terms and Conditions and its Cancellation Policy.
2. Elena&Delhi is not liable and does not authorise any refunds for any events which are caused as a result of acts of God, strikes, theft, epidemics, technical or administrative problems with transport, closure of airports, breakdown of machinery, adverse weather conditions, floods or any other occurrences beyond our immediate control and which, despite all due care being taken, could not have been avoided.Visits are held rain or shine with some variations to accommodate the weather.
3. In case of force majeure, Elena&Delhi reserves the right to offer substitute options. If the substitutes options are not accepted, Elena&Delhi will not authorise any refunds.
In the unfortunate case no options are available, due to logistic or circumstances, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
4. Cancellations must be requested in writing directly to:

date of cancellation is calculated based on IST (India standard time).
5. If you cancel a reservation after the payment invoice is issued Elena&Delhi applies the following cancellation fees:

More than 15 days prior the WALKING TOUR 10% of the fee
From 15 to 7 days prior the WALKING TOUR 50% of the fee
From 7 days below prior the WALKING TOUR Full fee
NO-SHOW Full fee

VIRTUAL TOURS
1. By confirming your engagement you are accepting Elena&Delhi Terms and Conditions and its Cancellation Policy.
2. Elena&Delhi is not liable and does not authorise any refunds in case you will join the event late or you will miss it for any reason.
3. Cancellations must be requested in writing directly to:

date of cancellation is calculated based on IST (India standard time).
4. If you cancel a booking Elena&Delhi applies the following cancellation fees:

2 days (48 hours) prior the VIRTUAL TOUR 50% of the fee, a second option is to book another date, you can avail of this option only one time.
NO SHOW Full fee
In case the event is cancelled by Elena&Delhi you can ask for a full refund or select another date by sending a mail to:

Refund will be available in 5/7 working days.
